Our Dictaphone program provides a “free Dictaphone” to our clients. The dictaphone becomes the client's property at no charge to the client, if the client stays on with our company for 12 consecutive months. The dictaphone we provide for free is a Sony ICD-BM1. If the client decides that they want to upgrade and they want to buy either the Sony ICD BM1DR9 or Olympus DS-2300 then we will provide a credit of $100 to their user account. The client will need to purchase the Sony ICD BM1DR9 or Olympus DS 2300 themselves through their local reseller. Proof of purchase may be requested.
If the client decides to discontinue our service prior to 2 weeks then we will accept the “free Dictaphone” back with no questions asked. The client may opt to keep the “free Dictaphone” and a charge of $100 for the item will be added onto the final invoice. In the situation of credit being given for an “upgraded Dictaphone”, the credited amount will be added to the final invoice in the event of early discontinuation of service.
If the client decides that they wish to stop using our service prior to 12 months then either the dictaphone cost or the credit provided will be charged on the last invoice.
The “free Dictaphone” offer is only open to clients that dictate sufficient amounts. This is defined as volume of dictations not falling below 2 standard deviations from the mean amount of client dictation. This offer is only available to first time clients.
